Quartzite / Arriving soon
Taj Mahal Quartzite
A natural Brazilian quartzite with a soft cream ground and gentle taupe and gold veining.
Our first shipment of Taj Mahal quartzite is on its way to the Portland gallery. Ask to reserve a slab, or have us send photos of the actual slabs as soon as they land.
Choosing Taj Mahal Quartzite
A natural stone
with a quiet warmth.
Taj Mahal is one of the most requested quartzites for kitchens. Its warm, low-contrast movement pairs easily with white, cream, wood and painted cabinetry, and it reads softer than a classic white marble.
As a natural quartzite it is hard and heat tolerant, and it is usually sealed at installation and periodically after. Every slab is different, so we recommend choosing your actual slabs in person and keeping slabs from the same lot together for an island or waterfall.
Not sure whether you want the natural stone or the engineered look? Read Taj Mahal quartzite vs. Taj Mahal quartz, or compare both at the gallery.
